Project Description
The project explores how to print highly viscous thermosetting materials efficiently by using multiple nozzles in parallel. It combines the design of a compact nozzle array with the development of an adapted deposition process, addressing challenges such as pressure drop, extrusion instability, and curing behavior. The result is a system capable of rapidly producing functional structures from rheologically complex materials.
